Tania is a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Master Social Worker of Puerto Rican descent, rooted in New York City.
She earned her Master’s degree from the Silberman School of Social Work and has been in clinical practice since 2019. She has completed specialized training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional development.

Therapeutic Approach
Tania utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach and believes in the innate wisdom each client carries into the healing process. She incorporates a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based and somatic practices to meet the unique needs of each client.
Areas of Support
Tania has compassionately supported adults, teens, children, couples, and families navigating complex challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and identity concerns, life transitions, chronic stress, and health-related worries. She also provides specialized support for individuals living with tinnitus, guiding them through the process of habituation.
