What About Insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide you with superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our clients successfully get partial reimbursement this way.

We have two convenient payment method through Zelle or a direct charge to your credit card.

You should contact your insurance provider for information of out of network benefits. You will need the CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) for specifics of reimbursement. The CPT codes we use at Aldea include
90791-Diagnostic Evaluation
90834-Individual Psychotherapy, 38-52 minutes
90837-Individual Psychotherapy, 53-60 minutes
90847-Family Psychotherapy with Patient Present (also used for couples therapy)
90846-Family Psychotherapy without Patient Present
In determining how much you will be reimbursed, be sure to ask them the percentage of the therapist fees they will reimburse, if there is a deductible, and what is the maximum allowable rate.
